Painted en plein air at the beach and lightly touched up in the stuido
Initialed on the front; signed and titled on the back
Matted (white) and framed in a 12”x12” natural wood frame (choice of walnut or maple)

I don’t usually get attached to paintings, but these are extra special, like a tangible highlight reel of an amazing vacation week. Although I sometimes didn’t feel like going out to paint, I was always glad I did because it forced me to slow down and soak in the view, sound of the waves and the salty breeze. The experience of plein air painting becomes a part of the painting.
